Emma Medicine White Crow
Governor's Interagency Council on Health Disparities 

Emma Medicine White Crow is currently the chair for the Washington State Governor’s Interagency Council on Health, and she also chaired the Diabetes and Obesity sub-committee for the council. She is works with Kauffman and Associates in Spokane as a Project Manager on Tribal Consultation for CMS. She also serves on the executive team for the Equal Start Regional Coalition and is a founding mom for the Native Women’s Dialog on Infant Mortality group. Previous work has included a statewide effort with the National Indian Council on Aging, Washington State Demonstration Project, and the Casey Family Foundation Indian Child Welfare Project. In addition, she has served as Director of SpiritWalk Health Foundation at the Seattle Indian Health Board, worked as the Community Outreach & Grants Manager for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, and worked with the Race & Equity Initiative, Seattle King County Public Health.
